Re: Teams faced so far
I am with St Albans here I thought Chelsea looked a very solid well organised side with very talented individual players, I think Rolls Royce is a bit over the top but that first goal came after a gradual cranking up of possession and pressure thereby moving the game from their own half into ours. A...

The question is was it wise to give Vitinho only his second start since vs Man City given his only other EPL involvement was five minutes vs Newcastle? After he was subbed Roberts fared no better, Sterling scored the third and burnt Roberts off from near the half way line to set up the fourth. So I ...

I thought we looked more like our old selves against United, in this sense, just missing that final third ruthlessness, which of course United had. Newcastle very adept at overpowering teams and snuffing them out as we saw last week, plus I think that's five clean sheets in a row for them. I'm keep...

Fifth clean sheet in succession for the Mags underlines how tough it was to get at Newcastle and even if you break through Nick Pope fills the goal as he did with that early chance and then made a brilliant save from that header in the second half. One thing that stood out for me was that before the...

I remember Popey as the scrawny youth depicted above when I lived in Bury St Edmunds. I saw him make a couple of rare first team appearances for B...

You feel it won’t be long before Sean starts selecting two goalies on the bench to make his point and cover his jacksy.
He’s lost Mina and Coady so he has to play Keane with Tarky, if either get injured or suspended they could be in even more trouble.
