Re: Tom Cleverly
Whatever the pros and cons re. whether Cleverly is good enough if we're interested and it seems we are, then I feel we need to get a bid in rather than wait until the last moment only to find we've been outbid or he prefers to go elsewhere. Given out track record we're as likely to not get him irres...

Re: Burnley worth buying
We're as good an investment as most other clubs given we stay up and remain debt free. Whether we could attract the right buyer and/or whether we would likely sell is another matter. There's issues in respect to oversea buyers and we can see from what's happened at other clubs that it could turn out...

Re: FA Cup draw, who do we want?
Not that bothered but a home tie against a top team would do me.
It's more important that we get 3/4 points from our next two home games
- Southampton and Leicester.

Re: How is January for you so far?
Not unlike previous windows where hopes and expectations are, as time advances, gradually downgraded to close to zilch. I'm already at that stage now so don't expect much more than Barton. Possibly one more but who that may be is anybody's guess although, as others have suggested would like a pacy w...

I think 36/37 points might suffice.

Re: Kamil Grosicki
Given we withdrew at the last minute last time for what sounded like pretty serious reasons I would think matters would have to have changed significantly before we might express interest again. Unless of course Dyche has indicated to the board that he is still keen and that the original issues are ...

Re: Andre Gray
Absolutely delighted for Gray today.
He's now out top scorer with 5 goals, I believe.
Fully expect him to go on now and get a few more.

Re: Relegation
We're 8 points ahead of both Swansea and Hull with much better goal difference so it would take a combination of us going on a pretty bad run over the next 10 games or so with both of them going on pretty decent runs for either of them to overhaul us. Hull look as if they will put up a fight but Swa...

I think Gray needs a few starts and obviously a goal and then
he might just setlle down and prove that he can do well at this level.

Re: Will Trump do anything he said he would do?
Trump will have to do some of the things he said he would do otherwise he'll be down and out within a year. What precisely it will be is anybodies guess. Here's what I think he will do or try to. I suspect he'll borrow more money and put America even further into debt and try and start rebuilding th...

Re: Where the season may go wrong.
Although I think abc may have a point in respect to Dyche creating probably the best defence we've had for a long time albeit stumbling on it presumably referring to the eventual pairing of Mee and Keane in central defence. it may be interesting to see what the response would be if the title of the ...

Re: Where the season may go wrong.
Given who we've played (eight of the 10 teams are above us, I believe) then we're doing alright. Even though we haven't really outplayed any of the teams we've beaten (apart from Watford) we're on course to stay up. Our defence has been exceptional as of late although some may say we've had more tha...

Re: Would you vote the same again?
Dazzler I think it is stretching it a little to state a vast majority said LEAVE.
A vast majority in my mind would be closer to 65-60% to 35-40%.
Wouldn't you agree?

Re: Would you vote the same again?
I think I would vote remain again. In fact for certain. I feel some of the arguments used in the leave campaign aren't turning out to be what many folk may have imagined. The one that concerns me the most is the 'take back control' issue which was centred around sovereignty and the right for us to g...
