It's usually rather difficult nowadays to sack someone just for being poor at their jobs, normally there is something else behind it.... Or perhaps being fired was the wrong term to use unless the facts have been made public?.

The club shop is really awful. I live in Bournemouth so can't get down there, but want to buy some stuff for my grandson who lives in the Rhondda. I've been critical of him this season, so I agree with the decision. At best he'd have been 3rd choice, so it's better to stay at Burnley.

Great win! You just know all those Man UTD kids will think they're the dogs ******** so great to see us getting one over them. Good point, in a way. Iam sure a lot of us do have 9 mates, but some will already have tickets, some don't like football, some live away, so to actually find 9 mates, who want tickets for those games could be quite difficult for most.

You've more faith in the morons, and the ability to identify them than I have, but that's too late once the troubles happened, it needs to be prevented in the first place, which over the years the banning of drinking in the ground seems to have helped in that respect, why change it.

It does if it makes them misbehave and start fights etc. I doubt a bit of passive smoking in the open will do any harm, bit like a beer garden.. Which not many have issues with.

Everybody seems happy that betting sponsors are being removed, yet if we were all adult about it there wouldn't be a problem with it.

Re: Pope's kicking
But Dyche wants the tactics of hitting the wing. I can only presume he wants the opposition full back to head it out of play and move the team up the pitch. Pope can kick it as well as anyone down the centre and kicks it long. But we don't have centre forwards who like winning headers that far out,...

I disagree. The awful, completely unnecessarily rushed kick out led seconds later to the crucial free kick and I was fuming with Pope at the time and still am. We know that Pope's kicking is by far the weakest element of his game. That said, it has improved massively over the last few years.
