Southbound, and earlier in the day. I would be leaving Solihull at 4 on a Monday for a 7.45 kick-off and expect to have time for a brew and sarnie/chips before the game! Friday I would leave before 3 for the same experience

Re: ARTICLE: Luton game moves to this Friday
Maybe Better for Luton fans. They knew it might be moved, Friday night arguably easier than Monday with probably the majority not having work the day after. Public transport wasn’t an option either date, therefore always a drive / coach job in most cases. Yiu've obviously not tried driving north on...

One worldy away from a draw. Problem is, that was a Spurs reserve team. We're still not premier league yet, only a top championship team. Some amazing work to be done this transfer window if we're to stay up. That is the Spurs team without their stars. Although they are away on National duty it cou...

I thought we did decently that half. No great shapes but the 2 best chances were both created by us! (For us, instead of the Wolves type error). The pitch is undoubtedly greasy and very slippy not helping players stay on their feet

looked like the wing and, possibly the engine sliced through the coastguard plane which may have thought it was off the runway. But the A350 has a massive wingspan that is wider than the runway!

That’s true but I’d wager the outcome if you had a poor man & a rich man with the same mental health issue who’d end up better off. Affording the best psychiatrist & care compared to somebody who’s on a NHS waiting list. But I'll bet the difference between outcomes for a rich guy and a very rich gu...

I don't think it is Lyle's best interest for the sake of his mental wellbeing to consider a move at the moment. The words from Kompany about South Africa's decision to omit him from their AFCON squad, "He needs to be within a small group as he recovers," say it all. No way does he need the pressure ...

I bought a pair of last season's socks. I have big (though admittedly not muscly) calves and the socks are plenty roomy enough. The players must be wearing kid's sizes. I wear mine for playing walking football. I have 'muscly'ish calves and I have to wear my shinpads outside the socks! They are ski...

For me the significance is as much the win against a non-promoted team as anything else. Of course, the main deal is the 3 vital points getting us back into touch with teams outside the relegation places.

Nothing to do with aiming for longevity well into old age. Wouldn’t even worry about it. You say you live in a safe relatively crime free area. If you put yours in front of it the worst that could happen is a break in or vehicle fire. Both extremely unlikely. And, if it does get damaged for whatever reason, it obviously happened the day before/after of cou...

JBG, JRod and Amdouni were very average, JBL nowhere near as effective on the left as he was on the right, perhaps Zaroury might have been the better swap for Koleosho, Berge and Brownhill were effective in midfield again and O'Shea had a superb game. Having said that, apart from the mistake, the ga...
