Re: Accrington Stanley
When you're on a good run you want to be playing as much as possible. Well we were on a good run in 1962 but the pile up of fixtures in March/April cost us the league and maybe the FA Cup. I imagine Stanley have a small squad which may also affect them. If they go up as champions then I think John ...

Another 3 pts today but just been looking at their fixtures. For some reason they have no game next week but then play 7 matches in April and have some tough games with Mansfield Wycombe and Swindon away and Exeter Lincoln and Notts Co at home. I hope that intensity of games doesn't cause them to mi...

We may not be able to hold on to all those 11 if the bigger clubs come looking ££££££££££££££££.
Would be anxious we don't lose Pope, Wood,JBG, Defour and Mee; think the rest will stay. Clearly Tarks will be a target but think he wants to be up here with us.

Not sure gay couples would agree with losing husband and wife, common references when a gay man refers to his partner or woman to her partner respectively.
This loss of gender drives me nuts- we cannot even refer to a ship as a she anymore. As for chairman/woman far better than the inanimate "chair"

It really was apparent from the outset. It was quite a surprise to see SD first game in charge how the defence was tightened up. Of course at the other end Austin's prolific scoring came to an abrupt halt. That season Austin bagged 14 in the first 13 games and 10 in the last 33 and half the 60 goals...

I think both Wolves and Villa are teams we have found difficult to get results in the time I have watched us. Crikey, it is looking like we are going to have our third, not thirteenth consecutive season in the Prem League. To consider the cost of re-development of the CF or BL stands now would IMO be unwise. 1) neither could be done in a close season-so quite a lot of ST holder would be without a seat-and k...
