Re: The season has made me more angry than i have ever been!
My wife says I’ve become more grumpy as I got older, I’m 70 this month. I too have been angry at times walking away from the Turf. Under the Dyche regime you always felt we’d have a good go at the opposition. This season I’ve never felt that, and I put it down to no leader on the pitch, others just ...

Re: Burnley v Luton
I’ve said it numerous times our tallest defender should get behind the lad at the near post and muscle into him to stop him going anywhere near the keeper. Luton work on that and we simply don’t deal with it.

Re: Why do footballers lift up their shorts?
Some like their shorts to be on the really short side - Brownhill for example. Matty Cash at Villa is another that looks like he’s wearing a mini skirt. And then you get Al-Dakhil whose shorts always look far too big for him, they’re below his knees, if he pulled them up he’d probably be able to ru...

The answer is to ring them and lay it on that you’re facing hardship and need help. Often they try to find another package that you can afford rather than lose you. Sky have occasionally asked me “what can you afford” I reply with next to nothing so whilst I’m weighing up priority outgoings I need t...

He’s had no first team action for sometime but I thought he did really well. I’m usually nervous when the opposition are taking corners but with Muric in goal last night I felt much more confident. Interesting reading all the posts, from them I think we can all agree that there are far too many inconsistencies from referees, I think VK was alluding to this at the weekend. It’s something that Webb needs to put at the top of his next agenda.

Good report, especially in regard to the crucial decisions which were at times baffling to say the least. I was hoping Atwell would be brave and book the Villa lad for diving, it might then have made some of these other cheats think about their actions (probably not though).

Massive improvement. He looks much better when side by side against an opponent, he muscles in and gives it back, when he first arrived he was outmuscled in most situations. We need to keep him and bring in some better quality along side him.

I like Cullen but he's a younger version of Ashley Westwood: a fine player but undersized for the PL. Yes there was the slightest touch but then he cheats by diving.
