What a difference a year makes.

A reminder that it was on Good Friday in 2022 when Sean Dyche was sacked by Burnley with the club headed for Premier League relegation. Good Friday 2023 and Vincent Kompany has taken us back to the top flight. 2 Good Friday's that will live long in the memory for vastly differing emotions, and it's ...

I think he joins Duff on three. I'd give him another season personally, because I love him. Ah yes forgot about Duff. I love him too, but we can't award contracts based on sentiment, although if he does move on we will need to bring in at least 1 new striker and possibly 2 depending on whether we r...

Re: Barnes says end of an era..

All good things have to come to an end, and although Ash has been excellent these past few months it's probably right that he bows out on a high.

3 promotions he's won in his time at Burnley, is that a club record?

Credit to everyone concerned for such a brilliant season, now let's kick on and secure the title.

No surprise our experienced heads played a major role tonight, Barnes and Roberts with the vital goals, but Cullen and JBG both imperious in a pressure cooker atmosphere.

So far so good, our goal might have been offside, but we have created another couple of big chances, notably Tella's that he should have buried.

Boro have made it tough as expected, but we have the option of Benson off the bench among others.

Barnes as ever relishing the big games.

Hmm! not the best end to the day for Lancs, slipping from 108-1 to 197-8, a slight recovery from the tail as they close on 233-8, however that's still 210 behind, Jennings batted nicely for his 76, but sadly not any other notable contributions.

Be a heck on an escape if he can pull it off, but Huddersfield now have momentum which with only a handful of games remaining could well see them over the line, and 10 points out of a possible 12 against teams vying for promotion or the play-off's is a mighty fine haul.
