Blackwell House is worth a visit.
Just south of Windermere, it has a craft shop, cafe, and an interesting history. The views are great over Windermere and the house itself has some fantastic rooms.

We were bloody awful, but the reaction is a bit hard. I never thought Southgate was the man for the job, but I was wrong, he's done fine. Bringing a lot of youngsters in and taking the squad forward. This idea that CBs need to be ball players is a recent fad. As teams keep giving away goals like Norwich or Citeh on Sunday, it's a fad that will die a natural death fairly soon. What these teams gain in attacking options is minuscule to the problems they create by not doing the basics.
