Re: Fosters Improvement

I don't think it is Lyle's best interest for the sake of his mental wellbeing to consider a move at the moment. The words from Kompany about South Africa's decision to omit him from their AFCON squad, "He needs to be within a small group as he recovers," say it all. No way does he need the pressure ...

I have now got some tickets as a new block has been opened on the upper tier. They are for collection under Price and they know you will be collecting them. Could you message me your mobile number to pass to my son please then he can call you to arrange a place to meet.

My son and his kids have decided they want to go to Villa on Saturday but we all live in the Midlands. If I bought some tickets would any kind person (asking a lot, I know ;) ) be able to collect them from Turf Moor and meet him on Saturday outside Villa Park?

I bought a pair of last season's socks. I have big (though admittedly not muscly) calves and the socks are plenty roomy enough. The players must be wearing kid's sizes. I wear mine for playing walking football. I have 'muscly'ish calves and I have to wear my shinpads outside the socks! They are ski...

Its this kind of thing that i was getting at in another thread about about our scouting. Kompany will have so many contacts within the game that he probably feels us having a few scouts going to random games around the world isnt going to worthwile when he can get information from his own networks....

For me the significance is as much the win against a non-promoted team as anything else. Of course, the main deal is the 3 vital points getting us back into touch with teams outside the relegation places.
