My water bill has halved since I had one installed. Yes pretty similar here, decent saving since it was installed. I wasn't in favour and wouldn't have elected to have one, however the choice was taken away by the supplier. Now I would respond positively if asked by anyone whether to have one or not.

In my case it has to be Leonard Cohen. Recently added a lot of his tracks to my Spotify collection and listen to it over and over again. Genius.

My daughter had a similar sounding issue with her Mercedes A class (2009) and today it was diagnosed as a faulty Knock sensor - who knew (look it up). If your wife's Golf has one - a quick google suggests it might - it could be that.

I don’t take football seriously anymore. VAR as killed everything football use to be. I went to my second ever live game 54 years ago today, Bury 8-0 Tranmere. If I was that 8 year old now, I don’t think I’d be interested in football at all. In fact, this 62 year old, isn’t far off not liking footb...

This was one of my first thoughts too. I think being a woman will actually work in her favour in terms of onfield discipline and dissent. However, in terms of crowd reactions - we ought to be able to barrack and abuse her just as much as is permissible towards any other referee. That is to say, we ...

Simply, I actually think players will show more respect to a female official than they do to the men. Female "linespersons" seem to get less abuse than male counterparts - certainly in games I've attended with a female "lino".

She'll probably get more respect form the players than Haaland showed to Hooper the other week! Having seen her Referee Championship games she's as good as most male Referee's in that league. Football has the officiating it deserves. The way referees and match officials are abused and harangued, it’s no wonder that young people coming into the game don’t want to get into refereeing. Players that play act dive and generally try to con the referee are as much responsible for the poor stan...
