I dont think it’ll be to go with players ‘blending’ into the background as the article suggests.
It’ll be more to do with the technology for analysis when they move players around. It’ll hard to mask around a kit the same colour as the grass.

Al fine to change things when it has a monetary implication, but we still wait for the games authorities to do something about clashes that impact the colour blind - even for such insignificant games as the Euro 2020 final where the referee could not be distinguished from the Ialian team for a significant number of viewers though what he was wearing

At times he seemed part of the Italian team with his decisions

I’d say that’s fair enough, but Sassuolo, for example, should be able to keep their home kit colours.

Does the colour green interfere with augmented reality? I saw that this is heading our way, advertising boards that on the television, can be changed to suit the broadcaster and or country the broadcast is shown.

Or Inter were playing in the old Utd Grey kits and couldn't see each other ...

I think I'm right in saying, Red and green are the main two colours, people who suffer from colour blindness struggle with?Chester Perry wrote: ↑Fri Jul 16, 2021 12:48 amAl fine to change things when it has a monetary implication, but we still wait for the games authorities to do something about clashes that impact the colour blind - even for such insignificant games as the Euro 2020 final where the referee could not be distinguished from the Ialian team for a significant number of viewers though what he was wearing

So it should help them, that them two colours can't clash.

My son also struggles with Blue which as a Chelsea fan is interesting.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Fri Jul 16, 2021 11:24 amI think I'm right in saying, Red and green are the main two colours, people who suffer from colour blindness struggle with?

3D doesn't work for him at the cinemas and when he spent a week in the workshop helping me out he couldn't see the red laser dot on the wheel alignment gear.
When he was younger, before he was diagnosed, he ran across the road when the signal for pedestrians, thankfully the car driver spotted it and stopped.
I was naturally angry and told him off, not realising he couldn't see what I meant when I said don't cross if the sign is red ... Oops.

If we played in green kits then we’d really struggle with this change.

I know somebody who played cricket for a while, with a red ball on green grass not being the easiest thing he could do.GodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 16, 2021 11:35 amMy son also struggles with Blue which as a Chelsea fan is interesting.

It's not something the general public know much about as people don't usually make a fuss about it. But it can't be easy for them.

Hibs would be banned. Rebus would be on the case.
