Can't see him getting the nod ahead of Westwood or Cork, but our CM position is so woeful its worth a try!

Neither Cork or Westwood have shown enough this season to justify their places, but of the two I'd play Westwood, mainly due to his passing, and set-piece delivery, which against Leeds might well be our best chance of scoring, however I'd certainly give Dale a shot in CM, as presently we're far too easy to play against, and teams constantly keep strolling through us with ease. therefore heaping more pressure on our defence.

We need to get back to being to being difficult to break down, which unfortunately for much of this season hasn't been the case, then we just might have a chance of nicking a few 1-0 wins, points over performance for me right now given the pickle we're presently in. And if that means winning ugly then so be it.

Unless Cork got a knock on Thursday can see him starting with Westwood. I think SD will bring on Dale Stephens during the game and take off the midfielder playing most poorly. He never used to change the two CM's but in the last few games he has changed it. I think when Brownhill is fit and when Cornet is at the ANC that Brownhill will play just behind Wood

Didn't Brownhill have Covid, hence why he didn't play against Man U.?

Yes and he'll likely miss today as well.

I hope Stephens starts today. I think he will be the best we have to stop the flow of the ball to Ralphina
