Having Roberts on the right and Brownhill and Cornet and McNeil now available to attack from different angles means we are much more formidable and difficult to handle. Of course that’s not enough if you don’t make use of the chances.
There is however one area we’re we have at times been strong but which at present appear to need significant attention and updating and that is set pieces.
We really need our defenders to contribute 5-10 goals a season. Another reason for including Collins.
We are likely to become more inventive in open play and create more chances, but there’s a good deal of work needed on corners, free kicks and throw ins. And that is training ground stuff.

We already have 5 goals from defenders. During the commentary yesterday they said set-pieces made up a higher proportion of our goals than any other club in the league.
