It’s coming. The ridiculous decision to have Cornet taking pens could cost us. Little things like that shouldn’t be happening. 2 strikers on the pitch and Cornet taking a pen is frankly stupid.

Not sure what was worse. Brownhill losing the ball, the goal coming off Soucek's arm, Cornet giving away the stupid free kick or Weghorst missing the header.

Dammit. It's been looking more likely but I was just thinking how despite the pressure they'd been failing to make anything of it. And then that happens.

Roll of the dice with Vydra on for me, now, maximise pace up top. Shouldn't have done the RB swap or we could swap in Lennon too.

Seemed that a couple of seconds before he should have won the ball but Antonio too easily out-muscled him and as he chased him in frustration you just knew he was going to foul him.

It was a terrible penalty, but one has to recall that the pen he scored in the Africa Cup of Nations was very well taken, so he was actually the last Burnley player to take and score a pen.
He's cost us this game though - as at Norwich. I'm afraid.

I do agree he should have converted both chances and no doubt we would have been coming away with at least 4 points. However I don't think anyone else in the squad would have got into the position to miss last week or win the penalty today.

Careful, some people don't like it when you point out the bad refereeing decisions we've had against us which VAR ignores, or the simple misses or defensive mistakes which have cost us. Those are apparently making excuses.
