Saw this on Twitter this morning... fantastic video detailing Michael Duff's career, well worth a watch

A short documentary, made by University of Gloucestershire final year student Christian Parry, on Cheltenham Town manager Michael Duff's football career.
From breaking into Cheltenham Town's first team in the late 90s, to becoming the first player to secure three promotions with the same club during his 12 years at Burnley. Michael has now become the first manager in Cheltenham's history to win the League Two title following their success in the 2020/21 season, and has since guided the club to their highest finish in The Football League in the current campaign. Here's the story so far.

Thanks for that. He really is a great character but I am afraid our American leaders will not see him as our manager material. That is a pity because someone else will.

Thank you for sharing this. It’s about football, of course, but the interviews highlight the importance of culture in the workplace and how challenging it is to change and sustain those changes. Duffo’s mantra of ‘be the best you can be’ is a key reason why he has succeeded first as a player and now in management. Top bloke. I wish him continued success.

I would imagine our American leaders aren’t looking at any mid-table League 1 managers!

That was a brilliant watch, highly recommend it.
Always keep an eye out for Cheltenham's results since Duff went there.

I would hope so as that would rule Barton out.

Good watch. Just what I expected too, a player who always had his feet on the ground still having his feet on the ground.

We really could do a lot worse for our next manager.

I’m sure we could. But I’m also sure that we could do a lot better as well!

Depends on the league. Championship maybe, premier league no.
