WBA (a) tickets not delivered - problem?
WBA (a) tickets not delivered - problem?
Purchased said tickets online a week last Friday. Have received confirmatory email and money has been taken by club but tickets have not arrived 10 days later. In my experience, I've usually received tickets by post the next working day. Have things changed or are they just being posted out later?

The same as it was for Huddersfield, Watford & Wigan, the tickets aren’t being sent out until the week before the gamealf_resco wrote: ↑Mon Aug 22, 2022 11:33 amPurchased said tickets online a week last Friday. It appears that this is their new policy, to send them out at the last minute. They admit as such, as wilks has mentioned above.
I fail to see the logic in this. They are just making work for themselves, receiving e-mails and phone calls from supporters worried about their tickets.
My Wigan ticket hasn't arrived yet.

Re: WBA (a) tickets not delivered - problem?
Rang the ticket office on the Wednesday before the Watford game and the lady said it would be posted that day? Rang Thursday to get on the “reprint list” on the night at Vicarage Road as the ticket still had not arrived? No problem she said (and it wasn’t) but to destroy the original when it comes….. low and behold, no ticket has every delivered?? Away travel at the moment is quite problematic with trains/staff reducing availability, so one thing I don’t want is the potential to turn up at a ground and your ticket not be available. Sort it out BFC it’s amateurish.
