Remembered and had to carry it home!

They were definitely there at one point, as I walked down Harry Potts Way at around half 1 a couple of people came past me with the wheelie bins.

Details of the food bank collection was on this thread, admittedly you wouldn't have known from the title ;)

I'm not even in the country, but knew there were taking place, then again I'd never start a thread about me....

Admit I gave that a miss!

I entered by the lane by the Cricket Field car park and they were not there. It was about 2.40
I walked to the Fanzone area and ticket collection point but no bins there. Asked a couple of stewards. No knowledge.

Anyway, checked the fixed link on this board and donation made.

Glad things still operating OK.

How many liumps of corned beef in a tin?

I'd say 1 😊

I also entered down the same lane- possibly five minutes earlier- CT and jdrobbo were certainly there to take my donation. On the left hand side before the right turn to the CFS.

Imagine the bemusement of the steward if you were searched at the turnstile!

We did the Foodbank from 1:15 to 2:43, then wheeled the bins back to the fanzone collection point for just after 2:45.

I’m sorry you weren’t able to drop your things off. The bins were definitely there just before 2:50. It infuriates me though that communication from the club is so poor and that no one seems to know (staff) where to direct people.

Best wishes

Thanks Robbo. I went past the drinking fanzine area and asked the men at the door. Also went to the ticket collection point and asked steward but only waste bins visible and he didn't know. Pity. Weird why I saw no one too. Anyway sorted via the link above so we can all sleep well and I'll eat this tin of CB!

I did the foodbank collection but we were outside the away fans entrance on Harry Potts Way. We took ours back about 14.35. They were placed next to the ticket office by the fan zone against the wall, but there was a long queue of mainly Bristol fans queuing for tickets, so they were probably hidden behind them.
