I’ll be arriving on Thursday and stopping not far from adeje, do you know if there’s many bars that show the championship games or am I better off just packing the firestick?

I've always watched our matches in The Winchester, down on the sea front - watched our game -v- Hull in there a couple of months ago. You might need to book a table though, it can get very busy.

Do you have your own apartment? We might be over in a few months so any discount apartment I'd be interested in chatting more.

No, I'm afraid not, we just go there most years as a family.

Good shout that the Winchester. We watch football in there when in Adeje. It’s on the beachfront going towards Fanabe. If you get fed up of local Dorada and other lagers they have Hazy Jane in bottles in the fridges.

A good idea for anyone going out to Las Americas/Adeje/Los Cris is to go on YouTube and type in "Scotsman in Tenerife". It's a bloke called Kevin who walks around the bars and restaurants filming.
Really good and gives you an excellent idea of your bearings.

Also worth downloading the ABC app that tells you what's in the different bars along the coast

I'll be in playa de las americas for Burnley v Rotherham on Wednesday and the Sheffield United game on Saturday, where can I watch it and will there be other clarets there?
May even take my Burnley top with me, something I don't normally do on holiday.

If you walk on the front towards Los christinos it's one of the big ones on the left. It will have a board outside advertising games. There's a couple more on that stretch which also show games

I have been to Tenerife about 15 times and the last was 2016 in our promotion season and stayed in Adeje.

If any of you lot like walking get the local bus to the old village in the mountains above the resort and walk through the national park it's a fabulous walk and takes you through the mountains to a village from where I cadged a lift back home .
The walk is around 4hrs with the 1st couple of hours a vertical mountain accent I didn't fancy walking back as the decent is very steep and not good on the knees, was a great experience though and discovered that there is more to Playa Los Americas than hotels and bars

If you come through the tunnel from Christinos it is on your right, it has a large terrace. I know some Clarets who virtually live in there whilst on holiday.

I thought this was another foreign player that we are linked with at first.
Adeje Tenerife played for Real Madrid B for a season before he was loaned to Cercle Brugge and then made a permanent move to Charleroi. Forest were linked with him in the summer.

Tricky winger who can also play as a 10 or as a striker.

Good news.
I've just been along to see the bloke at Player's Lounge, he said he'll show the Burnley game on one of his 7 screens but it will be further back in the bar due to champions League and premier League games being on out front.

Best inside at that time of day, could be a little breezy outside. If you're hungry the food is good

The 1 euro pint bars might have got some hammer afterwards if I was there, I'll save that for a week on sunday :D
