Burnley will make late calls on the fitness of Jay Rodriguez and Josh Cullen with the pair part of the travelling squad for tomorrow's game with Sheffield United.
"We will see, he will be with us tomorrow and then we will make a decision," said the boss of Rodriguez. "It is the same with Josh. These guys will be travelling and we will have a little bit of a bigger squad with us tomorrow and we will see. I am not speculating too much, whoever is there to play will be well prepared. If some of the players can't play then we will rely on fresh legs and that is not a bad thing either."

Re: Injury latest
If there are any doubts leave them out.
We will also be without Brownhill as well of course, so the early parts of the first half are critical. We can’t afford to go behind to this team, as they and their fans will be well up for it.
We need cool heads, experience and tough tacklers for this part of the game - so I expect to see Roberts, Taylor and Barnes to start and the game-changers to replace them after 60 minutes.

Re: Injury latest
We could set ourselves a new target and let them go 3-0 up before bringing Benson on….

Goes without saying that we'll need a strong referee and I'm not too sure there are many around. Unfair to be kicking off at lunchtime after a Wednesday evening fixture but we have a ridiculous World Cup in the winter to fit games around.]

In a country (is it even a country?) that has absolutely no interest in football or human rights. It's mental.Silkyskills1 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 04, 2022 9:30 pmGoes without saying that we'll need a strong referee and I'm not too sure there are many around. Well we could all do the decent thing and avoid watching the Quatar World Cup by simply not switching on our tv's in a mass boycottboatshed bill wrote: ↑Fri Nov 04, 2022 9:39 pmIn a country (is it even a country?) that has absolutely no interest in football or human rights. It's mental.
