P.S.
I've fixed the thread title.
'Rovers' is what they call themselves.
A term of affection I can't ever bring myself to use, even today.

Beat our bitter rivals comfortably and yet some still succumb to petty arguements. Unbelievable

To put things into context, it was his first good game in a league fixture for about two years.
Brilliant today though!

Re: Clarets vs Rovers
Re Barnes. Excellent today, no doubt about it, and deserves his man of the match, but as far as hanging my head in shame not a chance. He is a derby hero without a doubt but you have to remember his countless sh!te performances previously. If he kicks on from this and winds up scoring double figures in the league then I will hang my head in shame. Not before. But for today yes, thank you for a fine display Ashley.

That wasn't just a win the Derby. Total dominance in a top of the table clash with them.
I'm absolutely buzzing. Still.

IT is a Troll
IT shows IT'self up at every turn pretending to be a multi-business owning Solicitor/Legal Counsel, yet cannot post on here with decent grammar, full stops and capital letters ...
IT lies about holidaying in Spain during lockdown when IT's IP address showed IT to be in the NorthWest of England.
I didn't go on today so I didn't pass anything on to a fellow Claret, the chaps I travel with (take to the games) brought me back a Programme and a bottle of Spitfire Ale from the Pub so am feeling a lot better (cheers Jack, Andy and Graeme
If the Troll feels better giving me stick then at least IT is leaving someone else alone.

I think it's shameful that you didn't go on, even though you felt terrible and were too ill to do so.

Re: Clarets vs Rovers
The entire home crowd was conflicted. The old bill keep the horse botherers in the CFS while the home fans disperse, but nobody wants to leave early just in case they fall foul of PPPβs no leaving early policy. The old bill must have been in the control room wondering if they could get PPP to announce it was ok to leave alreadyBilly Balfour wrote: βSun Nov 13, 2022 7:11 pmI think it's shameful that you didn't go on, even though you felt terrible and were too ill to do so.![]()

I know how much you love the Clarets mate and as for being a bully, well Iβve known you for years (virtually) and that is the side to your personality that has evaded me totally. I must have missed something. I do know you have a wicked sense of humour and made me laugh many times. Take no notice of the fool bud and enjoy today, I know how much it will have hurt not being able to attend the derby.Bosscat wrote: βSun Nov 13, 2022 6:54 pmHe can't help himself Trevor ... he accuses me of bullying then bullies me...
