I missed the Cork possible penalty incident their goal their possible penalty incident our third goal being scored the ball hitting the bar and Roberts wrongly sent off their penalty being taken and saved and the bad foul on Twine.

But I saw the rest of the game 😁

Sorry, I see this very differently. Today's website debacle represented awful customer service.

Why was it not checked beforehand to ensure all was OK? Why was no-one on hand to monitor the site during the game to make sure there were no ongoing problems? If it was known beforehand that there was a problem, why no message on home page to let everyone know?

No 'hats off to the tech team' from me.

My book club only had the Middlesbrough version. The Burnley option was showing Sky Sport. Must have been some failings in the time space relativity.

I think he/she was being sarcastic. The web site started working after the game finished

Can anyone suggest who I should write to at the Club to request a refund? I got two mails on Friday from noreply@streamamg.com confirming my purchase and, without any irony whatsoever, advising I should contact them if I had any problems.

After inadvertently buying the Rotherham match twice I attempted to contact StreamAMG on 18 occasions using both of their supplied email addresses and didn't so much as get an acknowledgement so based on my experience they seem like a pretty shoddy outfit.

Is the Man U match being streamed on the player?

No info at all regarding the 'noshow' on Saturday by the 'Claretplayer' for those of us who couldn't attend in person. Very poor.

Thanks for that Simon. I've written to the address you suggested. I've also written to someone called James Forsyth who, I'm led to believe from the Club website, is Head of Retail at the Football Club, commenting on the Club's extremely poor (non)-handling of the fiasco.

It's good that they've acknowledged the problem.
A full refund is the very least that's needed, along with steps taken to avoid reoccurrence.

The language used is a bit mild 'an inconvenience' ......come on! this is the Clarets on a roll....it was a 'big disappointment'!
....and the whole match was unavailable.

Today, after resending my original e-mail and requesting a response to my claim for a refund, I have now received confirmation that they have actioned the refund, which will be credited within the next seven days.
Maybe I will now try the system once again for Friday's game !

Didn't receive a response to my first email, have forwarded it back to them. Pretty shoddy service this, not sure why they couldn't automatically refund everyone charged for the Boro game.

Also, they've just charged me again for the Swansea game!
