They banned a shed load of Clarets, myself included, after we lumped on a thread titled 'just heard a huge pop in East Lancashire' or something similar.
Of course they jumped the gun and the play off win shut 'em up.

Edit, where is PNE Thor these days?

Ah yes, Thor. The most superior of the superior ones. The bell end of all keyboard warriors.

The best poster across all ‘Mad’ boards was Peter Mumby, if anyone can remember him.

Brilliant banter.

Had some good banter with some good posters on PNE mad, Bolton mad could get quite lively as well.

I thought the best Mad Board was Carlisle's. Not much moderation there but often very entertaining.

Wasn't that one of the spo5s everyone banned from other boards hung around? :)

The Carlisle board was hilarious, with no malice at all. It would moderate itself.

PNE'S win yesterday keeps them on the verge of the top 6, and although we are vastly superior player for player derbies can be tricky.

Still fully expect us to beat them convincingly however when they visit.

They’ll have lost another one at home by the time we play them. Hope they don’t park the bus like they did a Deepdale.

They probably will sit deep, but the key difference between now and earlier in the season is we know what it takes to break packed defences down even if that means waiting until late in the proceedings.

This is exactly what they’ll be doing. They’re not the defensive unit they were previously though. And we’re a far more potent attacking unit.

PNEThor was a real laugh, he hasn't been seen for sometime, including on his FB profile.

The last I heard he was spending a lot of his time looking after a family member so that probably takes up most of his time.

Miss those days, great banter. Ended up on Swindonmad with a few banned posters. Rovers, Bolton and Carlisle were also fun. Sad to hear Alto passed recently. I believe Stan and Con still post on here.
