Season ticket
Season ticket
Sorted mine and my lads out this morning, but if you go back on, it looks like they’ve sold out already. Surely not?

Re: Season ticket
All the current STH will show as “sold” until the deadline passes so that nobody else can select that seat

Did you do online Murger?
Wouldn't let me change my sons seat to an under 18 so left it.

Not sure if that’s going to be right or not but I reckon (despite the increase) we might get record sales this coming season. What’s the highest we’ve ever sold?

Just sorted mine online ... Confirmed Age category and set up Direct Debit easy peasy lemon squeezy

Re: Season ticket
I have always paid up front for my Season Ticket. But I need a direct debit (Santander 123 account to maintain Interest payments into my acc 2 DD needed) to replace my car servicing contract which ends in August ... so I set up a direct debit this season very easy to dojedi_master wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 10:46 amWere you renewing Bosscat? I have been paying DD for what seems like a decade or so now, I take it I don’t need to do anything again if I’m not moving seats?

Re: Season ticket
Bosscat’s s/t would normally renew automatically but this next season he qualifies for the “oldies” club, I’m one of them by the wayjedi_master wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 10:46 amWere you renewing Bosscat? Jedi. You don’t need to do anything?
P.s. Bosscat, I thought you had already qualified for our club a few years ago

Re: Season ticket
You don't need to do anything. DD came in for the 2016/17 season. I've done it until this current season when I used some of the credit I received for selling my shares.jedi_master wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 10:46 amWere you renewing Bosscat? Re: Season ticket
Does anyone know if you can use vouchers to put towards a ST or do they have to be used in the club shop?
I've £100 sat at home.
Also, when is the deadline for the early bird? I haven't managed to see it anywhere.

Re: Season ticket
Had the same situation got vouchers for Xmas so instead of renewing online I went to the ticket office this morning and was told can’t use it towards tickets, only used in club shop, which seemed a bit odd but there you go. Deadline is 24th March.Jambounchained wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 12:16 pmDoes anyone know if you can use vouchers to put towards a ST or do they have to be used in the club shop?

Tried to renew this morning but it put everyone in my Friends and Family into my basket. Anyone else have the same issue?

You have to go through them all individually and press the red cross to delete them

Re: Season ticket
Renewed our two this morning. One small glitch but
otherwise straightforward.
TIP :- Don't put spaces in your card number, it doesn't like it.

Re: Season ticket
Not showing CFS as available to buy. Had 2 seats in there since we were allowed back in, was hoping to get the seat next to these for another family member, as no one has ever sat in that seat in all these years. Is it a rule that they are not selling in CFS.

I think any changes need to be done either over the phone or in person at the ticket office

Re: Season ticket
You will need his date of birth included in his profile. It should then correctly allocate his U18 ticket.

16,500 in 2009 and that was capped as a certain % of tickets have to be available to walk ons.jedi_master wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 10:36 amNot sure if that’s going to be right or not but I reckon (despite the increase) we might get record sales this coming season. The seats probably sold, will just be somebody going and standing with their mates.Cardclaret wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:22 pmNot showing CFS as available to buy. Renewing mine now and selected to pay by DD as I have done this season but it's asking for details to set up the DD - thought this renewed automatically?

If you are currently paying by DD you don't need to renew or do anything it will do it automatically for youTheFamilyCat wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:49 pmRenewing mine now and selected to pay by DD as I have done this season but it's asking for details to set up the DD - thought this renewed automatically?

If you are renewing an existing ticket on DD then you don’t need to renew it yourself, it will do a lever thing automaticallyTheFamilyCat wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:49 pmRenewing mine now and selected to pay by DD as I have done this season but it's asking for details to set up the DD - thought this renewed automatically?

Re: Season ticket
Went to the ticket office this morning, we bought this season’s tickets via the share purchase so had to reinstate the direct debits. All completed quickly and efficiently.
Re: Season ticket
Any chance of the new season cards being digital, for those that want it?
All it is is a bar code scanner so it should be pretty straightforward. Might even save the club a few quid in the long run.

Re: Season ticket
Yes, very annoying and time consuming. If you recall I've previously suggested to the TO that the system would be more user friendly if there was an opt-in option rather than an opt-out but nothing has changed.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:40 pmIt does that as it does with cup tickets and then you have to start removing them one by one.

Re: Season ticket
Can somebody help me here I’m confused. I am on the DD option this season, but want to change my seat for next season. Unless I’m missing something, these two statements contradict each other. I’ve had a long day so it may be me but can someone clarify what I need to do?

Re: Season ticket
If you want a seat that is available now buy it.
If you want to wait on the off chance better seats come about, carry on with last year's seat and then change in the seat swap.
This will give you early bird prices.
