Sunderland game - Jimmy Mac Tickets
Sunderland game - Jimmy Mac Tickets
Hi all, the Sunderland game on 1st April is hopefully going to be my 4 year old daughters first game (she’s itching to go on).
Iv looked at getting two together near the centre of the Jimmy Mac, either the back of the lower tier or near the front of the top tier. The only ones I can see on the site where there’s two together is near pitch level, and I’m not sure she’d like that.
I have a season ticket in the JH Upper, but there’s no spare seats around where we are.
Can anyone help? Is anyone missing this game due to holiday etc? I’d be happy to buy them obviously, or swap for mine for a game

Seats in the JML centre don't go back that many rows because of the corporate seats.

I am going to be missing this game as on holiday
I have a season ticket in the James Hargreaves upper if that is any use

I'm sure you'll get lucky with someone not going on. I often think whatsapp groups for fans sitting close by to each other would be good and would reduce the number of empty seats! Bl
Do you sit as part of a group, or are there any kids close by, because surely you could fit three on two seats if you know the person next to you, or perhaps she'll be small enough to sit on your knee or perch worst case scenario maybe?
Hope you get sorted.

I sit with mates on the James Hargreaves Upper in the wings, might have to buy a young ticket just in that stand and squeeze her on with the mates.
Will be 4 on 3 seats but I’ll ask their permission tomorrow
If there are any in the Jimmy Mac then I’d be open to taking those off someone if possible

Yes she might be a bit happier in the Jimmy mc stand with just the two of you rather than with the rowdy hoodlums in JH
good luck, keep bumping it as plans change as we get nearer the match - I'll keep an ear out in our bit of the Jimmy mc as well

My 5 year old has a season ticket in the JMU - first season - the nearest available seat was 4 seats away and the people next to me have been kind enough to shuffle along on a number of occasions. But on a couple of games he’s just stood in front of me between my legs. Assuming your daughter isn’t a giant then this would be fine I’d have thought, and will probably also help her view without obstructing anyone else’s.Simps wrote: ↑Fri Feb 24, 2023 1:47 pmI sit with mates on the James Hargreaves Upper in the wings, might have to buy a young ticket just in that stand and squeeze her on with the mates.

Also good for little convos over their shoulder about the game, bertie bee's antics or reassuring them that 'yes, you can have a hot dog at half time'
