Taking nothing away from JBG but how was that not Cullen?

Not at game, only listening on Clarets+. JBG got 2 assists and, from what I heard, was quite generous passing to Connor Roberts so that he could score our second.

How do you pick out a mom from 4-0 win?

Hearing lots of team were excellent.

So, stats are your friend.

Put all the names in a hat and pull one out, you'd have a strong contender.

JBG 2 assists and created 6 goal-scoring opportunities. But he looked good too so not just the stats. Can't really grumble for him getting it.

I'd have gone for Cullen.

Plenty of sites giving it JBG - between them two for sure

I thought Ekdal was outstanding again, as usual.

Yeah he was. He made at least 2 superb balls through that I think led to goals.

Another for Cullen, how you get a player of his quality for the price paid is borderline criminal. Special mention to Ekdal though thought his ball use and passing was superb today.

I’d said just before MOM announced I thought JBG was quietly brilliant today as he made it look so so easy. I thought Roberts and Cullen both ran him close

Was going to post during the match, what a game from Cullen.
Superb team performance but Cullen completely orchestrated it all

Beyer was sensational both defensively and going forward but we had at least or 5 who were magnificent today

Could've been any of them really. Cullen is just lovely to watch. Gudmundsson with two assists though, can't knock it.

Ekdal was fantastic. Top quality defensive work with the playmaking abilities of a Pirlo at times.
