Ticket help

Ordered tickets for tomorrow which haven't been delivered. I need to set off to manchester tonight. Is there a collection system in such cases? Any help much appreciated.

You will need to contact the club tomorrow, they will email City and authorise a reprint which you can collect from the ground.

You'll need to be able to quote them your order number.

If my experience is anything to go by BFC ticket office will omit to forward your details on the reprint request - if it ever went in the first place. Make sure you have every detail you can muster, ticket numbers etc.
