It wasn't aimed at you, far more local, nothing to do with religion or politics, more about people not rating him at the time he played for us.

This is really difficult. I want to put about 9 forward players in there!

As it should be a functional team I have had to leave out quite a few of my all-time favourites to add players in other positions going to go with a standard 442

Pope (could easily have also been one of Heaton Beresford, Marriott or Beast)

Trippier
Davis Mk2 (just sneaks in over Beyer due to length of service)
Duff
Taylor

Little
Marney (Cork and Barton unlucky)
Defour
Mcminn (JBG, Benson both up there too)

Eli
A.Barnes (this season just clinched it)

Honourable mentions for Blake, Jayrod, Francis, Heath, P.Barnes, Ings & Vokes and probably many more I will think about later.

Incredibly hard to choose an 11, especially singling out a GK... Beresford, Heaton and Pope were all unbelievable for us. "Ooh ahh Beresford" probably has it as he was GK in my teens. He was by far the best GK at the level we were playing at back then.
