There you go. Leeds have no press until about 30 yards from goal. You'd think they were safe too.
Bamford going off is a blow to Everton.

I'd prefer Everton to stay up, Leeds get a huge takeover completed if they stay up and will have big spending power, Everton won't have that.

Yep. Rice won't be wanting to say goodbye on a defeat.
Hopefully.

Leeds spent £140m this season. And look at them!
Incidentally their best signing (Gnonto) cost 3.5m.

I’d love to see how SD and the Burnley lads do in the Championship so for today only I’m cheering on Leeds. Not really possible to lose as Leeds being relegated is 90% as funny.

they'll spend a lot more than that if they get the takeover I reckon, Everton can't chuck much at it because they are a mess I believe.

When did west ham change from being the Hammers to being the Irons? Always used to be the Hammers but are now known in the media almost exclusively as the Irons. Why? Irons is too much like Iron which is Scunthorpe. Why change from a unique nickname to one similar to someone else?
They haven’t changed, they’ve always been the Irons. The club was originally known as Thames Ironworks.

Just need the score to stay at 1-1and then Leicester to fluke a win at Newcastle. You can always dream.

Ultimately, the preference should be which team would be a bigger threat to us next season. With Leeds’ takeover, it has to be them, so for that reason alone, Leeds would be my preference.
If miracles do happen, Leicester will win their next two sending Leeds and Everton down. Which would be nice!

That’ll be a shame if Dyche doesn’t get the opportunity to show what he can do with a massive transfer budget and show that he should be managing a top 6 club.

I'd like to say Ings has lost a yard of pace, but he's lost 2.
Sad to see, but he offers nothing up front today.

Bizarre from Leeds that they haven’t gone for it in the second half. Whilst there is every chance they beat Spurs, it won’t be enough if Everton beat Bournemouth (and I think they will) should they lose today.

West Ham have been far better than Leeds since the equaliser
Leeds just haven't got enough to stay up based on how they have reacted since West Hams first

In fact I hadn’t realised, should this stay the same then Everton can stay up with a draw against Bournemouth on Saturday due to their better GD. Essentially, pending a shocking result for Everton, Leeds are down with this result unless they smash Spurs to bits.
Leicester still have it in their hands but unlikely with how awful they are currently.

Not sure about smashing to bits. If Everton drew, Leeds would have to win by 2 I think? Not impossible against Spurs

I can’t see Leeds putting two past Spurs without reply, they can’t score and their defence is terrible. Not beyond the realms I guess though, granted.
Everton will beat Bournemouth anyway I think.

This has got to be one of the most passive performances I’ve seen from a team playing in a must win game. They’ve had a few opportunities but they’ve no idea how to press.
Desperation to appoint that rotund relic

I’m looking at this Leeds team and questioning if there is anyone that would possibly suit us. Gnonto looked really good earlier this season but hasn’t done anything for months. Koch maybe as he will surely want out to still be in the mix for Germany. Struggling after that. I’d take Harrison.
Poor squad.

We were nowhere near as bad as these. We had a resurgence under Mighty Mike and were so unlucky not to win at Villa. Leeds are now a far inferior side than we had, and in truth they were last season too, as goal difference demonstrated. They just had the luck which of course doesn’t even out over a season.
