Equally there is the chance that the season goes well but we do not have the funds to build on the momentum in the following season - the key will be how much we can grow revenues and the cash balance, the club appear to be working hard on the former - one way of doing the latter is to bring on board more co-owners and repay the debt,

Risks essentially are taken in line with personalities of the board - the current board is currently aggressive/confident in its abilities and the capabilities of the club under their watch so that informs their approach. The previous board started out aggressive under Kilby but had its fingers badly burned so became more cautious and sought to build a funding base to cover all costs taken on if the unexpected happened (which they did very successfully). It will be interesting to see how the current board develops in its approach over time.

Maybe we are still open to investment from my side of the world Asia as Mr Pace knows a investor who was thinking of investing before we got relegated and maybe that speeded up the sacking of Mr Dyche, but could be all gossip just have to wait and see .

There’s a reason Leeds got him so cheap despite him appearing for the Italian national team, there’s also a reason despite there struggles last year why he spent plenty of time starting as a sub for more than one of their managers. His output of goals and assists from March is very poor. You then throw in him not wanting to play last night. Attitude must be questionable. He’s very raw and direct but not sure he’s what we need around our squad.

You could say that about Vardy, Kante, and Mahrez on cheap fees. Sometimes scouts just get it right

I don't believe we'd repeat last season if we went down, personally think if we went back down we'd lose VK and we'd struggle for years but financially I think we'd be sound by selling the players on.
My point was based purely on finances.
Our future incomings next summer onward will be dictated by money brought in from this and the last windows players bought being sold on

I’m not sure why he’d go to Bayern to be honest. Yes he’d probably pick up silverware but winning the German league with Bayern is no great achievement, think they’ve won over 50% of German league titles.

Surely the Kane stuff is one of 2 things

1) Maneuvering the deal so that another team (Utd likely) are aware what they need to pay

or

2) Confirmation of a valuation of him as a player that his agents can work into a deal next year - eg, Bayern were going to pay £100m and £300k over 5 years - next year you don't have to pay £100m, but can add an extra £70m in wages to the £300k for the next 5 years

Vardy and Kante weren’t internationals at the time though. Gnonto was l, and my main point remains despite Leeds struggle’s consecutive managers stuck him on the bench for a reason, and his output and performances from March onwards were inconsistent verging on poor.

I’m just not sure he’s all that. I could see why a team would have as an impact player (direct raw etc) when a game is stretched but he likely thinks he’s more important than that.

Or Nixon doesn’t know. Berge said in his interview that he knew of Burnley’s interest for a while, but then we only knew about it when the deal was probably already done. Suspect there may be more players than we know about that we’re looking at.

At the moment I am sure you don't need a 25 man squad list, this is confirmed after the transfer window closes.
