Dyche

Post by Rowls » Fri Nov 24, 2023 9:28 pm

Well done to Sean Dyche for being the first man in football to use the word 'enormity' properly.

Ironically, he's wrong, but at least he didn't employ the word to mean 'large'.

Amen to Coyle for being the first man in football to use the word 'quality' properly.
He's wrong.....or was he.

And if he had it would have been acceptable to Merriam-Webster.

Have to take it all back. Just seen the clip and it looks more like Sean does think it means "large".

When he has cracked the 'Those things' instead of 'Them things', there could be an award. He would be the first, ex footballer, football manager to cracking it.

I take it he wasn't accepting the enormity of the crime?

Yes, he said "an enormity of compensation" was due.

Given they've conceded the offence one would assume this is an ear certainty.

And they know it.
