No, it was checked by VAR and the decision was a throw in.

I actually initially thought it had broken Rashford's leg!! He was out with a lot of pace and It looked like he had planted most of his studs into Rashford's calf with a lot of force... one of them where it looked better slowed down strangely!

If Rashford hadn't slowed down at the last moment he would have touched the ball and Martinez would have been sent off. Rashford thought 'I'm having none of that'
