AXS tickets

Post by chadders » Mon Jun 24, 2024 9:02 am

Hi All,
Mornin'
Have just bought (rather expensive) tickets for a gig from Stub Hub and now have AXS saying I need to create an account to receive them. Is this normal? Been to loads of gigs over the years and its always been straightforward.
Thanks in advance for any insight

Not heard of NXS but it's increasingly common that you'll need to have access to the same platform they were originally sold on so they can be transferred and administered by the same ticket agent.

Yeah, AXS are legit. I've never used stub hub, but I bought tickets to watch Dream Theater in October and I had to download the AXS app and create an account as there's no paper tickets anymore.
If stub hub is a reseller then double check that the original service provider was AXS (instead of Ticketmaster, for example), but AXS themselves are fine.

Ah nice one. Thanks both.
Off to see Macca-seen him years ago. Tickets weren't too silly but enough! Was in two minds-but its been a number of tough years recently so thought why not!
Thanks again!

I’ve used AXS for O2 Arena tickets. Easy to navigate.

For peace of mind I have used AXS a few times in the past and never had an issue.

You can usually find Macca in the cfs leading them.

Always been good for me . Had 4 tickets for OMD and 2 people couldn't go . Put the 2 tickets back on the app and Axs sold them for me - full value .
