Not a chance! Last season they gave away fans a max of around 1300 and this season they'll have a greater demand for home seats, so may not even give 1300.jedi_master wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 9:15 amIt will for sure but I think we will get one entire side which is 5000.

Re: New Ticket Scheme
These are my preferences so can’t see any issue there and they aren’t going to junk
I did actually get the email about them going to Ticketmaster, so they do have correct email but just seems random when I get them. I don’t receive the “survey” emails either

Re: New Ticket Scheme
Platinum get access to away tickets on the Friday before they go on sale to ST holders on the following Monday. It's the Gold category people who can buy them on day 3 or 5!KBFC wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 1:47 amIs it me, but if you buy the gold package and you have access to away tickets on Day 3 of sales, why does the example show you having access on Day 5?
Also, on the email link I got it states that Home priority for gold will be Tuesday 9th July but on the link to the website it states Wednesday 10th July.
Seems a right royal mess if you ask me. Likewise I did the membership last year and didn't receive a card until half way through the season, so I couldn't receive any discounts, as prior to receiving the card the club shop had no record of memberships.
Like last year you end up having more questions than answers and you would think the initial communication on this would be clear and not contradictory![]()
Re: New Ticket Scheme
But is it 3 or 5 days? It clearly says Day 3. How can that be ambiguous it's either day 3 or 5? Honestly it just makes you not bother. I'm sure the club aren't fussed as they will no doubt sell anyway but I'm out!!

I cannot even work out how to check my points total these days on the website - after I log in, it used to be the case it would show your Clarets Number and points total within the profile section. That now just seems to show my contact details and marketing preferences.

They have updated the ticket site this morning and I have lost a further 1000 loyalty points today on top of about 5000 last summerjedi_master wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 10:14 amI cannot even work out how to check my points total these days on the website - after I log in, it used to be the case it would show your Clarets Number and points total within the profile section. You need to log in to the ticketing site not the website. It does that when you log into the websitejedi_master wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 10:14 amI cannot even work out how to check my points total these days on the website - after I log in, it used to be the case it would show your Clarets Number and points total within the profile section. Perfect, thanks for this that has worked. Such a strange website these days with multiple log ins for shopping, ticketing and whatever 'Seat Unique' is. How hard can it be to not just merge this stuff under one authorisation? Friends and family gone too as you've said. Bizarre. A student could knock up better using something as cookie cutter as Squarespace, it's very poor.

2 accounts are even down to 1500 points despite being season ticket holders for years. Without doing 1 away game or cup game they both should be on 1750 and have been to loads of aways and cups.
Re: New Ticket Scheme
Just checked mine and I’ve dropped considerably below the usual 2000 priority after being closer to 3000 last season.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 12:23 pmI have just added the family and friends accounts and they have all lost around 1000 points.

Re: New Ticket Scheme
In season 2018/19 there were 27 away games and home cup games, so that = 270 points + 350 for a ST. So by my reckoning the maximum that should have been deducted from people's Loyalty Points total is 620. I'll check this with the TO.

I knew i'd have a low points total as I've only been able to go to about 10 games home and away last season, but my points total is 10... surely it should be more than a point a game?

The website is dreadful to use - I thought it would be easier than the previous effort. Alas, that is not the case.

Re: New Ticket Scheme
Down to 1470 - cannot remember the figure, but was over 2000 last season. I suppose this is why the membership schemes they're running become attractive though, as it's now a rolling figure and I am under the threshold for 2nd day of sale purchases now.
£150 just to try and ensure I get to Oxford and Plymouth! I am the sucker that will probably end up paying it though, sorry.

Re: New Ticket Scheme
Will the threshold still be 2000 points though?
Re: New Ticket Scheme
A couple of accounts on mine have lost 1070. Was it an extra year due to Covid. The figures deucted all look like they may have an extra 350 and a bit more on there. All under 2,000 points so I suspect the threshold will be under that if this is what they're going with.
Re: New Ticket Scheme
But paying £150 won't necessarily guarantee you a ticket for those 2 games!jedi_master wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 2:05 pmDown to 1470 - cannot remember the figure, but was over 2000 last season. Re: New Ticket Scheme
This is what they have put on the website
Away Ticket Priority
Below is an example* of away ticket sales and what it will look like with the Advantage Scheme:
Friday - Platinum priority (limited to 10% of overall allocation)
Monday - Season Ticket Holders with 2,000 loyalty points
Tuesday - Season Ticket Holders with 1,200 loyalty points
Wednesday - Season Ticket Holders with 800 loyalty points
Thursday - Season Ticket Holders & Gold priority
Friday - General Sale
*Thresholds and timings for each away fixture will be determined individually and communicated to supporters ahead of tickets going on sale.

I login and it shows I have 3,600 loyalty points but then I went onto the club site and clicked the buy now button for these queue jumping memberships, that took me to a different ticketing site and I have 2,650 points on that one.

Some info from the TO - As part of the move to Ticketmaster, Friends and Family hasn’t transferred over so supporters will be required to add friends and family to their account. We have put some instructions on the website currently about how to do this but will send information round to Season Ticket holders in the coming days.

Further info - F and F allows you to purchase tickets in the same transaction for the friends and family on your network. You can add up to 10 members to your online network.
In order to add members to your Friends and Family, you will need their Clarets number, surname and postcode. Once a supporter has been added to your account, you will be able to purchase tickets on their behalf, subject to availability. If a supporter in your network has given you full management rights over their account, you will also be able to purchase ticketing products on their behalf which have been reserved in their name (e.g. reserved cup tickets for home matches).
