Lightning Seeds just finished their set at Lytham Festival, with “it’s coming home”

C’mon England

Can we at least get a genuine English anthem? Not so sure why we sing the British one...

Will there ever be a time that England fans don't book the opposing team's anthem.

Agreed.

Despite change in system the same problems will become apparent.

The front line is static.

Yep pace is slow , sluggish movement and to many side to side balls - but we do look dangerous when we try taking on 1-1

Only Southgate could see the positives in Trippier left wing back and Saka right wing back.
Instantly loses the width sorry but the guy is an absolute moron.

So despite all the supposed changes Trippier is still on the left and Saka on the right.

Baffling isn't it that? I was gobsmacked when I saw Saka line up on the right.

Yep, I’d have had Saka left wing back and TAA right wing back if that’s the system we insist on.

The Swiss right back won't have an easier game he knows they'll be no running in behind and whenever Trippier gets it he'll cut back.
I just don't understand the logic hopefully the players can drag us through

What on earth was Harry Kane doing there when Saka got to the byline and put a ball across? He simply didn’t move into the box.

We desperately need some width down the left and some energy up top, as we have said in every single game so far.

I’m convinced Harry Kane is playing injured. Just a name on the team sheet, like Ronaldo7.
He didn’t finish the season at Bayern with a back injury and he’s not recovered. Hook him.

Every time the Swiss attack our wing backs are non existent or getting beating easily because they're defending on the wrong foot.

Not so sure about that - he's done well but the team would have been performing better imo if he and Trippier were on the opposite flanks.

Terrible up top again but if we play Watkins he makes a run in behind and that creates space for Bellingham and Foden to play

It's been a half of hiding from kane , what are we supposed to do when you've got that immobile lump wanting an inch perfect pass every ball into the box because he's not moving or creating anything, it's like he's marking their defenders FFS!

Kane has become a massive issue for this team IMO

Listening to these so called experts makes you realise why they are not managers ! Not sure what game they’ve been watching as it’s just the same as we’ve seen for the past 4 games.

He hasn't performed since the tournament started but he's reluctant to drop him, same with Portugal with Ronaldo and that cost them

Not to that degree no.

I just find the system strange tbh. He's doing well yes, but then play him as an inside forward, not a wing back?

Agreed again Bumba.

I have no idea wtf a lot of 'pundits' and managers these days think they're doing. It really is a simple game that's needlessly overcomplicated at times.
