Match day ticket prices
Match day ticket prices
I wondered if anyone could let me know how much match day tickets will be this season? At the moment you can only access online tickets if you are a season ticket holder or member, of which I am neither. And I am not sure when the first match will be on general sale just yet. I haven’t seen anywhere if the games are being split into 3 categories this season or what the change in prices is for each stand and tier. Thanks for any help.

Re: Match day ticket prices
They should be available Monday morning to the general public if all the IT problems are sorted.
There has been a thread on matchday prices recently if you look down the board. Maybe on the next page.

Re: Match day ticket prices
By Monday morning, the entire world will be operational again, with one glaring exception…. Burnley FC ticket office.
We will be suffering the effects of the global IT issue for generations to come….

Tickets are available now if you could be arsed looking
Re: Match day ticket prices
If you could be arsed reading my post you would see that I mentioned you can only get on if you're a member or season ticket holder. And I am neither.

Re: Match day ticket prices
Sorry, I was replying to Bobinho who all he ever does is have a do at the ticket office/system, even when it’s an outage that has impacted the whole world
Good luck on Monday. You’ll be fine. But just a heads up there are very few tickets available, especially if you wanted two together.
Re: Match day ticket prices
Do you have to have a history of purchasing Burnley tickets when they’re on open sale or are they available to fans of any team?
Re: Match day ticket prices
Supposedly you need to have a membership number and for some high profile games you need to have a previous ticket purchase history ie loyalty points.
Re: Match day ticket prices
I dont think loyalty matters anymore - registered a new account the other day and got a ticket
There isnt many for Blackburn for sure - definately isnt 2 together just the odd single
Talking £94 for 2 tickets mind in the JHU

Re: Match day ticket prices
You bought a ticket without being a member or season ticket holder?
Re: Match day ticket prices
I'm registered with a clarets number and have been for a lot of years now. But I still doesn't allow me to check what tickets are still available for each game and price information. Sounds like it will from Monday though so will check then. Thanks for your help.
Re: Match day ticket prices
No worries sorry I didn't realise. Are you just referring to the Blackburn game not having many tickets left or all of the games? I won't be going to that game anyway so not an issue. Re: Match day ticket prices
I’ve tried to go through the process this morning to purchase a home ticket but for the life of me I can’t get it to work.
Re: Match day ticket prices
I've just tried it on the app and as a season ticket holder I could buy tickets. I know people have had problems using the website and certainty on an ipadClaretTony wrote: ↑Sat Jul 20, 2024 10:49 amI’ve tried to go through the process this morning to purchase a home ticket but for the life of me I can’t get it to work.

Re: Match day ticket prices
I just went into a game at random and selected an area. When I clicked on a seat that was available I was asked if i wanted to purchase my own seat. Then when I tried a different seat, nothing happened at all.
Re: Match day ticket prices
I think it was Plymouth I tried, got to within one click of buying one in a different stand to where I sit. I didn't go any further so anything could have happenedClaretTony wrote: ↑Sat Jul 20, 2024 11:32 amI just went into a game at random and selected an area. Re: Match day ticket prices
Just won’t let me select at all - either tells me it’s my own seat or nothing happens at all. I’ve tried different blocks and stands.
Re: Match day ticket prices
I didn't use the seat plan, just used one of the many seat options it gave, selected one ticket and it went straight into my basket, like I said it was via the app on my phone, the website could be an all different ball gameClaretTony wrote: ↑Sat Jul 20, 2024 11:40 amJust won’t let me select at all - either tells me it’s my own seat or nothing happens at all. Re: Match day ticket prices
That works but I can’t select a seat
Re: Match day ticket prices
Do you not get a list of available seats?
I just selected a random one in the lower tier, seat 60 but forget the row
Maybe they just don't want two of you attending

Re: Match day ticket prices
Couldn’t see any way of selecting a seat but I was able to buy a random seat. I was only trying to work out how to use it for when away tickets go on sale but I’ve had no luck.

Re: Match day ticket prices
Slightly off topic but will we be getting new season ticket cards this summer? I moved house recently and updated my BFC account but if we do receive new ones I would like to contact the ticket office to make sure they have my new address.

Yes, I understand that we will be receiving new cards.claretburns wrote: ↑Sat Jul 20, 2024 2:58 pmSlightly off topic but will we be getting new season ticket cards this summer? Re: Match day ticket prices
What a horrible ticket system we have now.
It used to be very easy to navigate and buy tickets.

Re: Match day ticket prices
I have attached the prices for adult tickets in each section of the ground for category A, B and C games for those that are interested. Can't quite work out which teams are classed as A, B and C just yet.

One of my credit cards isn't working - nothing to do with BFC.

The match categories for player escorts and mascots have been announced. They may or may not tie in with match ticket categories.

Only just noticed the option to see a view from a selected seat doesnt seem to be there now either unless Im missing it.
Re: Match day ticket prices
First time without a season ticket for years. Think they've pushed the prices beyond what i'm willing to pay, will just be doing away games and semi pro stuff this season i think.
