You don't have to answer, as I am not a customer, as you know. However, it is not clear to me how it works.

If they can't get on at Nelson, can they get on somewhere else? - Yes, we also pickup in Accrington and Burnley but when it's full they can't book on from anywhere.

Ps Can't they pay you in advance via PayPal or something? - Some do but it's just too much to handle with so many bookings on the go at the same time ie for Sunderland we have 65 bookings (180 people) and for Leeds we have 67 (220 people). So that would be 132 payments coming in at the same time, so we take payment on the coaches.

Bit of a risk with all that cash? - Don't worry the lads running the buses all have bodyguards!
