Ticket Exchange for Cardiff

I'm unable to make the Cardiff game next week so I'm attempting to list the ticket on the ticket exchange... Has anyone on here been successful with using it on this new system yet?

I only get the option to forward the ticket to a friend.

I've tried calling the ticket office but there's no answer as usual.

I would just give it to your pal or something,I know my family members put quite a few on the exchange last season and they never sold so pointless in the championship.

We had to do this for 1 game last season all 3 seats. We got no return, although we were told by the usual people around us that the there were people sat in them seats with tickets. So it does make you wonder how it works.

It's letting me list it now.

I sold a couple of tickets for both me and my dad last season and we did get money back into our ticket accounts.
