Its an interesting one - they don't mention him by name so maybe not

I was convinced to begin with until i saw him about to strike up left handed which i think was done intentionally to 'give away' that it wasn't actually him (and maybe to fulfil not having to ask permission as they were just portraying an anonymous ginger bespectacled left-handed ipswich fan!)
