2024/25: Sunderland v Burnley – Ticket Information

No tickets for us either! I called into the ticket office yesterday to be told that the final batch of tickets had been posted 1st class on Monday, seems other people have been told different from that.

I was asked to wait until today and if the tickets still hadn't arrived to ring them.
I waited until after the postman had been and have since rang them several times but no one answers.

I have now emailed the ticket office.

No ticket been delivered again today so just been down to the ticket office and I'm on the reprint list to pick up at Sunderland tomorrow.Was told by the lad on the counter that this happens every away game with up to 100 tickets each time not being delivered

It’s a good advertisement for e-tickets.

Emailed 3 times, left 3 VMs and eventually spoke to Veronica on reception who went through and stood over them while they added me to the reprint list. Still no confirmation from the ticket office that this has happened but hopefully I’ll be picking them up at Sunlan tomorrow having ordered them the day they went on sale.

I understand that the Ticket Office at Sunderland is in Black Cat House SR5 1SU. Which I think is just around the ground from the away turnstiles.

If it is the main ticket office you need to go to then it's on the car park on the far right of the map below - the away end is at the top end.

Probably a big queue for tickets tomorrow will probably miss the kick off.. not very happy about having no tickets

Not sure but on their website it says Black Cat House but don't know if that's up to date (if it was info on ours it probably wouldn't be!) and if it's for away fans. I've emailed their TO but it's closed now, so might get a response in the morning. If I do I'll post on here what they say.

My Sunderland ticket arrived today but they have put me on the collection list to pick up at the ground. Does this mean that the ticket they have sent in the post is cancelled and not valid?

Also the envelope contained two address cards, one with my current address and one with the address I moved from 3 years ago. Luckily the correct one was in front of the other exposed to the envelope window.

I have a feeling it’s going to be chaos tomorrow getting in and claiming your seat.

I would think that they'll have cancelled the original.

I too received an email from Burnley's ticket office just after 7am this morning, completely out of the blue.

Attached to the email was a link from Sunderland to download my match ticket which hadn't arrived in the post. At least this will save any queueing for me at Sunderland's ticket office.

Ticket reader no working.

So approx 200 Burnley fans in a queue trying to get reprinted tickets.

Having said that double the number in the Sunderland queue with similar problems.

No I didn’t ask them. BUT my nephew had a paper ticket that didn’t work so had to go to the ticket office anyway and still miss the kick off!

My wife messaged me around 1pm yesterday with a picture of my Sunderland ticket which had just turned up.Thankfully I didn't have too long to wait in the queue for the reprinted tickets.

Yes mine arrived on the Saturday after i'd left the house. I wouldn't mind but I went to the ticket office before Cardiff to collect and the lad on the counter lied to me and said it had already been posted- presumably because he couldn't be bothered to look for it.
