They can submit a deal sheet to get a couple more hours but to do this I think the transfer needs to be very close to being completed, if we are yet to agree a fee this could complicate things.

The deal has to be close - both clubs have to sign the sheet as does the player , so you’d think personal terms already done just the fee and structure to be finalised
