Sons clarets number/account

Can anyone help me here with advice.

I've a season ticket and a under 18 season ticket. How do I take control of the under 18 ticket.
I have my son in friends and family but can't manage his ticket.
I can send him a request to manage his ticket but he hasn't got an account as its over 18 only.

It's probably obvious but struggling with it.

I registered my sons accounts with a separate emails and passwords and access then independently.

have you tried that?

I've got the same problem. Never had online accounts for my lads but they want the option of downloading their ST this year.
I couldn't make them online without it issuing new Claret numbers.

I went to the ticket office before the Blackburn game and they struggled to sort.
I didn't want to hold people up too long so was told to email with details etc..
Emailed this weekend.

Nobody got back in touch yet.

I had this issue with my sons and partners accounts there both linked to my email address.

I rang the ticket office about it and they just edited it from there side so I can now manage all ST accounts.
