Away tickets
Away tickets
Can I obtain an away ticket for a friend online / over the phone on their behalf - they have given me their membership number and ,they do have enough points. They are not in a position to contact the ticket office this coming Monday for Stoke away game.
Or would I need to attend ticket office in person with their Claret membership number to get a ticket on their behalf ?
Thanks

Re: Away tickets
You’d need to have their Clarets number linked to your Friends & Family account to purchase online. Then you’d be able to purchase them a ticket using their number
If you can’t link the numbers then good luck trying to get through on the phone

Thanks for the info. I've put their membership number in using my account and it says they are linked. They have enough points for the Monday allocation
However I don't have enough points until Wednesday. Will I be able to purchase their ticket on Monday if I log in with my account details. Or will I have to wait until Wednesday due to my lower points, before I can get their ticket due to the fact they are unable to order them self on Monday.

Just request 1 ticket and then reassign it to him.Dassey wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 5:47 pmThanks for the info. I've put their membership number in using my account and it says they are linked. They have enough points for the Monday allocation

I don’t think you can do it online if you don’t have enough points yourself. It won’t let you select a seat to assign to anyone.Dassey wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 5:47 pmThanks for the info. A few have had these issues this season.

Re: Away tickets
It just won't let you in if you don't have the required points even though you are ordering them for people who have.

Thanks for all the replies. Thought technology was supposed to make things easier. Prob just pop to turf on Wednesday, or is the ticket office closed on Wednesday?
