Burnley v Swansea MATCH Thread
Yep...early I know but just setting off from Shropshire on a two hour drive. I'm hoping Parker is going to be a bit more creative in his tactics. I've been watching a few of Manures Amorins Sporting games playing 3-4-3.
Very very effective. It's a tactic to play at home games certainly...we'd have blown QPR and Preston apart. Ok lack of strikers and poor finishing..but hopefully front line investments in January.
Swansea have their game plan to come for the draw today I suspect...Parker needs to be more adventurous today.

Watched the Turfcast pre game and they seem to be a carbon copy of us. May be a nil nil or high scoring if they try high press as they have been doing on us.
Re: Burnley v Swansea MATCH Thread
If Tresor isn't in the squad please could someone pass comment on whether or not they think we'll ever see him again?
Cheers

I can't find it on now tv
Re: Burnley v Swansea MATCH Thread
I think so. The other option would be to play with Hountondji and Flemming up top. Whilst the former is still raw he needs to play.
Re: Burnley v Swansea MATCH Thread

Increasingly slim chance we'll see him again. If he's not in the first team squad straight after the international break then that must be it

Yes, I missed that. It's time for Brownhill to show us more. Laurent is far more active.

I've lumped on us to win at evens, I'm with my uncle on the way to watch Red Star at OFK so I'll be watching on my phone. If we win we'll be painting Belgrade Claret and Blue tonight. Come on you mighty Clarets.

Listening to Claretsmad commentary with Jack Cork and Bird but the noise of the crowd is too loud to hear them properly. Especially this refers to comments from Cork. Please can someone turn down the side effects or turn up the commentary.

We need a predator. No one reading the balls into the box.
