Brownhill, Foster, Worrell, Ekdal, Benson, Ramsey, Delcroix, back on the grass at various stages but some have been training with the team which is great news.
Talk of U21 games needed for some of them
Flemming doesn't sound like he's going to be ready for the weekend
Tresor has been 'stop start over the last few weeks'

I think all but Brownhill will need some game time with the U21s before they're ready to be in the first team squad.
Some major injuries in that group, I suggest Redmond was in the squad through necessity as much as anything.

Did anyone else noticed what he did with his hand over his mouth after answering that Tresor question?
That is a classic tell of a lie. See point 6: https://www.businessinsider.com/11-sign ... ing-2014-4

Flemming, Benson & Delcroix were sat in the Bob Lord stand on Tuesday night.

That's because he's actually fit, in top form and ready to rumble!Steddyman wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 3:28 pmDid anyone else noticed what he did with his hand over his mouth after answering that Tresor question?

He did mention Tresor but I am getting a bit sick of constant whinge about his status. If he is indeed injured, then let's be patient and wait till he is fit, if he isn't and then maybe manager doesn't want get into a full on debate about one player. I wouldn't care if he was any good but last season he was dreadful.

Why has he not even fought, sorry, thought about January?
That's insane.

In fairness, Talent Identification (and potential sales) is something he only has a limited amount of influence over under our current model.burnley007 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 6:45 pmWhy has he not even fought, sorry, thought about January?

I think it might also be important psychologically for a player like Redmond who's been working hard to regain fitness to be involved in the group. It must be a real nightmare for sportspeople to be out for months and months without seeing light at the end of the tunnel.Andreshotboots wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 2:58 pmI think all but Brownhill will need some game time with the U21s before they're ready to be in the first team squad.
