2024/25: Stoke City v Burnley – Ticket Information

Firstly, Received my Five tickets through the post with no barcode scan on so went down to the club to get this sorted out. I then received 5 different tickets from the club. Yesterday I then received 5 different tickets through the post. This on top of the 5 they have already swapped so now have 10 in total at my house. With all 15 tickets having different seat numbers. Anyone else having this much issue with tickets? 3/4 times I’ve had this from the club and it’s frustrating as I would rather just pick up my tickets from the club when ready.

So its highly likely that somebody else is missing 5 tickets!

Agreed, just a massive pain in the arse really on the day before the game.

No idea, sent my Sunderland Tickets to a random house up Burnley Wood when I’m from Harle Syke. Then Failed to put me on a reprint list after they cancelled the tickets I’d retrieved from the house. So had to barter at Sunderland ticket office till they printed one off for me there

Just been in and got it sorted in quick fashion to give them credit. The woman behind the desk really helped out. Most issues tend to come when they are posted then in regards to collection.
