Just read the former Claret has been appointed Nelson manager.

I think so, it says they have promoted him from assistant manager, so been at Nelson this year.

Yeah he was his assistant. I'm a bit surprised Weller hasn't ended up at Nelson. Took half of Colne's team last summer.

Surely it should be,  “released from his duties”? “Released of his duties” doesn’t make any sense.
