Looking at the seating plan I'd say there's a fair chance that the front seats of block 4 haven't yet been added to the available seats, similarly the end section.

Has anybody received an email from the ticket office regarding a duplicate order today. Tried to purchase 2 tickets online entered my card details then at last stage got a problem with processing purchase saying please re-order checked my emails and no conformation of purchase from the club so managed to call and get through to buy the 2 tickets over the phone, conformation email came through straight away. Just checked my bank account and have been charged for both the online and the telephone transactions. Anybody else had issues?

Any number of tickets could be sold today. I wasn’t asked to reassign tickets, so just logged back in and I can still buy them on unused clarets numbers.

Back to my original post, tickets were purchased from my account both of us are season ticket holders with 2150+ points

Was also told by ticket office that it was set at 2000 points so that it would not sell out today as there were more tickets than people with 2000.
They said this info was publicised so couldn't understand why people were queing from 10 am to get them when they had all day to get them.
Can't say I saw this info anywhere.
They did however say there are not enough tickets to fulfil everyone over 1900 points

Pretty sure the club never publicised that. Expect it to sell out pretty quickly this morning.

i had the same problem , i reassigned my second ticket to my daughter but the confirmation had my number for both, i rang the ticket office and they said it wouldn't be a problem , then i got an email stating what had happened, i simply had to reply with the clarets number for my daughter so hopefully they will honour the two tickets , we both have over 2200 points. but it was stupid decision to just release one block at once but that's Ticketmaster for you , its how they apply the algorithm for the dynamic pricing. i simply don't understand why they didn't release all of the tickets at once as dynamic pricing wouldn't apply !!

When Benson scored one guy went up with a loud “Yesss” and was immediately surrounded and accosted by a few of their knuckleheads. Steward came across and he was eventually removed but I believe was then attacked in the concourse.

Queued in waiting room and it then wouldn't let me in. Refresh and I got in and bought. Couldn't see coach option and it is still on for 2000 points on the site. It's not great is it.

Indeed. He was taking punches and kicks whilst he was walking down the stairs from the stand. Not a pretty sight.
Whilst we all sat silently on our hands, sharing a wry smile* with each other... I think we betrayed our secret after the final whistle though...

Only good looking folk on the coach. They get filmed on arrival, so don't want anyone without the good looking attribute. Sorry.

Surely anyone reselling these via unofficial channels should automatically have all their loyalty points removed

I couldn't spot any Burnley end tickets on there (the ones here https://www.livefootballtickets.com/fix ... nship.html all say mobile ticket so aren't going to be Burnley ones).

It's not great watching the game sitting on your hands but had a nice (free) meal beforehand with a table of Clarets and can forever say "I was there" so overall worth it . I would never have got a ticket in our end given the pathetic allocation.
