One thing I’ve noticed is our first touch is never perfect. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad but I always remember Lowton. He could trap a ball perfectly without a bounce. We always seem to control the ball with an awkward bounce.

Has to go more attacking second half. No point setting up with the two DMs when we desperately need to get into the game.

Only 1-0 down given our terrible start, every chance to turn this around.

Parker has the same challenge as Dyche had. When you set up not to concede, its going to limit your opportunity to score.. He won't play Jay and Flemming in this system...

Boring... Boring..Boring football.

We can only hope this is a ground zero game, like that first half at Sunderland or Boxing day at Hull. If it isn't, we are screwed. This has been simply dreadful.

Pires and Koleosho need a long time away from being picked to start a game at this level of football.

Disappointed in Koleosho this season. I thought he'd rip the Championship apart but other than Leeds I don't remember him actually doing anything at all.

Pires is sh1te too.

Certainly not with most of em.

It's basic stuff and every time the ball gets away it completely kills any momentum we had.

Passing has been a bit better in the final few minutes but was leading to trouble every time for most of the half.

Let’s give Norwich some credit, they’ve got a great home record
There’s no chance of that, doesn’t matter if we’re playing Barcelona or Barnet, some think we should be cruising, I also think it’s been a good performance by norwich

We really do look absolutely clueless going forward. Nice play. But then allow the opposition to get back and crowd the box, pass it out wide, and just plonk it on the defender's head or worse

It's so easy to defend against

Other than that we look like relegation fodder - big half time for Parker

Trying to think of some positives:
1. Trafford has done well to keep the score down.
2. Egan has looked solid since he's come on.
3. Jay has tried his best to get some life out of the others.

Unfortunately, everyone else has either been anonymous or downright shocking. Awful half.

Do this lot train together at all? Jay comes short they knock it long...he runs behind they play it short. Time after time after time.

We play silly football in tight areas and give it away. Then we play an aimless chip into nobody when players are open for a forward pass.

I've nicknamed it Braindead football. It's totally mindnumbing now.

I thought the Derby was bad. But this … the start were the players were in in dressing room looking around at each other. I would savage them at half time. Lazy no fight. Sloppy passing … parker get to **** into them

I noticed this, there's a real issue with our first touch and short passing. We aren't even able to keep the non-threatening sideways passing out there.

Egan Riley looking more threatening than the rest of the team, that's worrying.

Hannibal has to come on for either of the Josh's, our press is being bypassed at walking pace, we really need to get somebody up with J Rod, their centre halves are having a Sunday stroll at the moment..

Parkerball at its worst that first half. So many players just not good enough and way too many mistakes. This is not a promotion chasing team.

People blaming Parker. Look at the first two games, how good we were. That team was ripped apart.
We play with absolutely no ambition, the responsibility of which, lies squarely with the manager.

People saying we are still in the game…. It’s done, we won’t score (again) if we played until midnight. When you know a game is done if the opposition score first you’re in trouble.

Changes I’d make.

Ekdal on for Pires, move Humphries out left and CJER to the right.

Laurent on for Cullen who’s looked like a passenger today.

Hannibal for Koleosho who’s looked weak today, and put Sarmiento on the wing with Hannibal in the hole.

Flemming for fresh legs in place of Jay, who I can’t actually fault except for his stamina which will go as the half progresses. Jay has looked like he cares though unlike many of the others.

Awful defending and so many misplaced passes.

Right footed Egan playing on the left and left footed Humphreys playing on the right

I would rather see a couple of players who may have a lower technical range but a more consistent skill set.
I'm thinking more Arfield than Koleosho.

This game is the epitome of having a plan B. Parker said that he had different tactical set ups for different games, yet we have seen the same 4231 being ineffective yet again. If he doesn’t change it, alarm bells need to sound.

Humphries is playing like he's half cut.

Sarmiento, Brownhill, J-Rod passengers.

Pires, Anthony, Koleosho wasteful.

I don't know you fix this performance but there is no way that same 11 should be starting the second half.

Hannibal brought on in his correct position to bring some energy in place of JB

Bring Flemming on and play him at 10, take off either one of the wingers and move Sarmiento there.

As a bare minimum. Start getting into them a bit.

I mean we all know Humphreys is awful at right back, but Scott refuses to see what we’ve all seen. If Roberts is out why not play a natural right back in Sambo?

If you don’t want to play Sambo and have an abundance of centre halves, why not try a back 3?

The same awful system and just shoe horn square pegs into round holes to fit it. So disjointed unbalanced and boring

Need to change a lot because ecpecting Humphreys a young centre back to magically link up with a misfiring Anthony is madness. I like Jaiden but he's not on it today.

Get Flemming in behind Jay and stick Koleosho out right. Sarmiento in the left. Or just go 442. But this is painful amd isn't doing anyone any favours.

What are the odds on Koleosho trying to go outside his man at least once before Christmas?

One can only make the assumption that Sambo is absolute garbage - because I do agree, Humphreys is a decent enough player but he’s not a right back in a month of Sunday’s.
