On the main site it mentions the season ticket price freeze applies to people either paying upfront by the end of Jan or those paying direct debit with auto renewals. I’ve gone into my account to check if our tickets are set to auto renew as it suggests and it’s coming up with:
NO SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS AVAILABLE
There are currently no members in the season subscriptions
Anyone got any ideas before I get stuck in the ticket office phone queue tomorrow? Thanks!
(I’ve paid by direct debit this last season)

Good question. But I cannot navigate that website for love nor money. How do you even get onto the season ticket page?

Select tickets in the top left corner to get into the e-ticketing section….then click on the person icon in the top right….then VIEW ACCOUNT MENU and it should be an option at the bottom of the list (which doesn’t work for me).

One of the worst websites for navigation, errors and non-loading pages I have ever come across. Absolute dogmuck!

I pay by DD and am sure it auto renews unless you request it not to do so

Had assumed it wasn't available until Jan and direct debit wil auto renew early February

Mines coming with a season ticket I had in 2019/20. How weird.

Yes. It said that, either on the site or in the email they sent out.
Auto renewal for all DDs - nothing for us to do.
Exactly as it 'gappened' to us last season!
