He has been exceptional this season!

Don’t blame Brownhill as see need to start getting goals from some of the other midfielders- it’s almost like my job is not to score goals.

Away draw rarely a bad result. Not our best performance and not as progressive as in recent games but maybe time to reflect on just how solid we look at the back - 9 goals conceded berlimey! Not sure how 2025 is going to turn out but we will be in the top six come May so lets see!

Decent point, could have been 3 if Brownhill scores his sitter.

We've played all the big boys away from home now, let's see the other teams around us pick up as many points on the road against the top teams, it won't happen.
Fair point but they are putting the lower sides to the sword and we are drawing with them

I said to Mrs. Vino I’d be happy with a point before the game but I feel a bit disappointed with our second half performance, even though we had two great chances (Oh Josh, what were you doing. I thought we looked a bit leggy in the last 20 mins. I can’t understand Anthony going off and Laurent staying on, nor Jayrod on before Foster, but hey ho it’s a point away at a decent team and another clean sheet.

Last 30 was really poor. Thought with our bench we would turn the screw. But the opposite happened. After the subs we lost our momentum

Happy with 4 points from 2 away games but disappointed with the substitutions . Sarmiento for Laurent not Hannibal and Foster for Flemming would of been my choice.

It's not blaming him highlighting the golden chance that got away anybody missing that with the goal gaping wouldn't go unnoticed.

Ok result in isolation. Golden chance spurned and probably a fair result. Subs didn’t work at all.

Parker plays a long game and it may work but it is a tough watch at times.

The question I would pose him, but I doubt he could answer, is whether at 0-0 if someone offered him a coin toss for a defeat or a win, would he take it, or accept the 0-0?

Stopping that mentality is why 3 points for a win was brought in.

If Brownhill had had his shooting boots on we win that game. Two great chances fluffed.

We didn't play for a 0-0.

Brownhill had a pop and missed badly- would like to see that from a few more players instead of laying off 3 foot passes.

I don't claim to understand tactical changes / subs any more than the average fan but the changes tonight seemed to immediately weaken us. I thought Hannibal was quite impactful defensively and going forward drifting in off the left. That changed completely when Sarmiento came on and made them stronger on the right. Taking Anthony off seemed an odd decision too.

Maybe changes made for fitness who knows.

Disappointed with the game as an entertainment but our most lacklustre performance for quite a few games, but a substandard performance still gets us a draw at a difficult place to come so it shows how far we have come and the future looks bright

Why people have to colour facts to push an agenda is just ridiculous. Brownhill missed a sitter and Fry cleared one off the line with his body- is that offering next to no attacking threat?
Those were big chances. Generally I thought we had a lot of threat but far too often the final pass wasn't good enough. But that's different to early in the season where we weren't even getting in good positions. We did that today, but their keeper didn't make a save. The only person who did I think was dael fry.

I’ve thought this, too.

That’s our 6th 0-0 of the season. We simply have to go for it more in the final stages of these tight games.

Even if we were to lose half of those 0-0’s, we’d have 9 points instead of 6.

Not on that showing we would have our work cut out. Slow & ponderous maybe too much Xmas pud & boro were organised they aren't mugs but disappointing when wednesday found a way to score 3 the game before we couldn't find a way to work a third choice keeper.

If we could play like we did for 80 minutes vs Watford and 90 minutes vs Sheff Utd we'd be unbeatable.

Only to pin them back to stem the tide. They all had an element of oddness about them - Foster in injury time, Luca on the right, Sarmiento not in the hole.

Superb overall - just too passive tonight which is Scott’s big weakness.

Which is really indicative of our problems up top.

We should never be relying on Brownhill to finish off moves.

We’re playing with Flemming up top whilst we have 3 strikers on the bench.

We shouldn’t really be looking to strengthen up top when we already have 4 strikers for 1 position, but here we are.

Overall if you don't take your chances you don't win matches. We made enough chances to sneak a win there. Fine margins. Another clean sheet, remarkable defensive record. Let's keep up the positivity and on to the next one.

Most a annoying thing for me was we hardly tested a third choice keeper with shots and high balls into the box, he seriously flapped the one time we did it but hey ho onto Stoke.

What's this nonsense? You're upset because I've called you out for saying we offered next to no attacking threat and yet we had the two best chances of the game, an absolute sitter that we missed and one that was cleared off the line from an opposition defender.

What the heck do people want? We've just gone away to a good side and created the best two chances of the game to win the game, how many chances do you want to create?

It's the same every week, if we win we've played much better attacking football, as soon as we draw we don't want to win and we're poor.

Sick of the nonsense.

Well exactly but its just such a disappointment knowing how good we can be but also seeing how flat and listless we play so often.

We've won a point away from home though.

No no no,

You mentioned an agenda, don't sidestep it. What agenda precisely am I pushing?

My summary was that I thought we were solid, that it was a good draw and I wasn't really disappointed with that other than our one shot on target we didn't create that much.

What about that is so incendiary to you that is just absolutely nonsensical to you that you had to 'call me out' (ha) about it?

You've 'called me out' now so speak up about this agenda.

The moaners couldn’t wait for a draw to slag everyone off again
It's nauseating.

No no no- you pretended I sensationalised your post, how so?

Ita not true you said we offered next to no attacking threat?

Too much pressure on Brownhill to score because nobody else is.
Would you be saying that if Brownhill was our centre forward and he’d scored most of the goals ,it’s the same for all the players doesn’t matter what position there in.

On another day brownhill buries that chance. 4 points from those two away fixtures is a great return.
